(Photo) Presently Now, Nigerian Lawmakers Are Jumping Over The Gate At The National Assembly

What could be happening, we’re not exactly sure what the situation is but word is that there’s currently heavy police and SSS presence at the National Assembly in Abuja. The House of Representative are to reconvene today to discuss the proposed state of Emergency extension in Yobe, Adamawa and Borno state.


According to people on ground, the premises has been sealed and security operatives are there to deny Aminu Tambuwal access to the complex. However some other lawmakers got tired of waiting, and some started jumping over the gate to gain access to the premises.
There is also word that tear gas has been released to disperse the crowd around the gate.
