2014. As of today, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and Christ Embassy have removed the image of estranged wife, Rev. Anita Oyakhilome from the church website (http://www.christembassy.org/).

This is following the shocking revelation that she filed for divorce in London this week. Anita Oyakhilome filed for divorce on the grounds of 'unreasonable behaviour' and 'adultery' on the part of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

Members of the church in the UK had shown concern over Pastor Anita’s absence from the church, in which she officiates, since November 2013. This followed some comments credited to Pastor Chris on the ongoing crisis in his marriage.

Shortly after he was treated,he returned to Lagos where he was certified Ebola free.Ironically, Dr Iyke fell ill and died. “I am tired of the gay rumours trailing me. You can never pick out any man with whom I have had an affair in the past, but you can link me to some of the ladies I have dated. It is funny because I am sometimes called a ladies’ man and at times rumoured to be a gigolo – gay. These three things do not relate to one another. “That I have chosen to adopt the UK style of dressing, which typically comprises tight pants, should not make me gay. The fact that I have friends in the industry that I choose to hang out with should not make me a gay. I really don’t care about what people think of my personal life. I can’t spot anyone as being gay in the industry and I don’t see anything wrong with two guys or ladies being close friends. A judge has blasted a mother who repeatedly punched her 3-year-old son until he died in an attack that 'simply beggars belief'. Rosdeep Adekoya, 34, has been jailed for 11 years for killing her son Mikaeel Kular, who she savagely beat then left to die for two days during a family holiday in January.

After discovering his lifeless body on the floor of their Edinburgh home in Ferry Gait Crescent, she wrapped it in a duvet cover, put it in the suitcase and drove to Kirkcaldy, Fife, to hide it in woodland.

Adekoya reported Mikaeel missing to police after stashing his body in remote woodland, sparking a major two-day search operation involving hundreds of local people and nation-wide coverage.

Operatives of the Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS, Ikeja, Lagos have smashed a syndicate that specialize in selling human parts, Vanguard reports.

The 3 suspects whose names were given as Mustapha Muritala, Sunday Oluyeba and Adenike Olanrewaju, were arrested at the Ojumerin area of Sagamu, Ogun State following a tip off. Recovered from the suspects were two human skulls suspected to have been procured from a graveyard.

Mrs. Georgia Nah is the heartbroken mother of Patrick Sawyer and Nyennetue who both died from Ebola in the space of weeks. She told NBC10 on August 12

“I can’t stand it,I can’t sleep. Every day I think about them.I didn’t even know she was sick,“My children were good children"

Nyuennyue died July 7-- one day after her brother visited her.But hospital officials did not test the woman for Ebola until after her death – meaning her brother had no way of knowing he was exposed to the virus.

Nyennetue was buried in Liberia. But more than two weeks after Sawyer’s death on July 21, his family is still working to have his ashes returned to the states.

“At least send me something..“To know that here are the death certificates, the results of the Ebola. I don’t have anything.”

Their memorial service is on August 23

Musician Iyanya Mbuk, Born October 31st 1986 in Cross River state to a family of four, Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk is a graduate of Business Management of the University of Calabar and co-founder, Made Men Music Group; his record label.

Iyanya, at a tender age, started singing as a member of a children’s Choir in his church and at weddings before he got an offer to perform regularly at Channel View Hotel in Calabar, his hometown. Though Iyanya started singing professionally back in 2005, his journey to fame actually took a remarkable leap forward on December 7, 2008 when he won the first ever MTN West Africa Project Fame reality show and have since proved he has a deserving role to play in the Nigerian Music Industry by headlining a 16 state tour sponsored by Nigerian telecom giant, MTN.

Background
My name is Oritse Femi. I am from Delta State. I was born and brought up in Ajegunle, Lagos. I started my music right from my primary school days. I got my inspiration from the street because I had the opportunity to hang out with the underprivileged in the society. I am very happy today because I have been able to pick one or two things from them to compose my songs. It was not only tough but also rough. It was not really easy because of my background.

I come from a polygamous family and with so many children. My father being an engineer wanted me to follow his footsteps. My mother being a church worker also wanted me to be in the house of God. All these were a diversion for me. I never thought I would ever climb to where I am today. But I thank God that I have been able to get a good packaging from my record label, Shining Entertainment, which was a different level from the way I was before. In the past I had a lot of good music but there was nobody to project me. Now, I have got a lot of opportunities to show to the world the creativity that I possess.

Nigeria Rapper Phyno
To some he’s Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, but to most, he’s the ‘Man of the year’, Phyno. Starting up as a producer in 2003, a decade of passion and hard work has seen the “Ghost Mode” rapper/producer move from ‘underground hype’ to a household name in Nigeria.
